I've seen this behaviour as well in Viewer 2 on a Fedora 12 x64 system.

found them... SNOW-318 and SNOW-416... neither one has a patch, or a reference 
to how that was fixed in viewer 2.0....
Ah well, guess it's time to import my 2.0 svn snapshot into kdevelop and poke 
around.
