This would be a really bad idea, because there are plenty of full-perm
freebies from reputable, sensible content creators that anyone could
easily turn into a resource hogs, sullying those creators' names.
This would be an easy way to torpedo a competitor. I vote a
resounding "no".
Instead, we need the ability to delete scripts from objects even if
they're no-mod, as we used to have.
