Just a reminder that this page exists even if
it hasn't been updated since 1 month

It seems the best place where to point people at,
and I'd suggest to developers and open source supporters 
who are concerned by the current TPV policy to keep that 
page updated and complete (if you want people to be
informed about this).

I assume that residents and TPV users are going to
be made aware of the ongoing issues with the policy;
pointing them to a single, updated wiki page will be 
WAY better than pointing them to this mailing list archives.
