General agreement. 

Needs some thought to make sure that it's not too easy to change them 
accidentally and lose the creator-intended settings forever (maybe save 
the original settings and have a "revert" button?), but seems like a very 
good idea that would enable useful new things.

(Will also require thought to make sure that it doesn't open holes that 
would let people modify nomod objects in undesirable ways!)

Note that there's already a very small amount of this, in that (obviously) 
if you rez something inworld, you can go into edit and change its position 
and rotation even if it's nomod.
