The easiest way to correct this issue is to 'snag' a copy of the 'missing'
files and put them in ..\..\newview.
Now here is a list of the 'missing' files:
. Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest
. msvcp80.dll
. msvcr80.dll

I have been able to build and run using VC++ Express 2008 w/boost 1-39 from
Robin but, the media_plugin_webkit fails at run time.
There are a lot like the following in the build log.
I guess it is set for 3 tries.

I need some guidance in resolving these dependencies so that msvcr90.dll is
the dependency.
