I've filed https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-23782 to track the fix.

Popping open the debug console, it appears I'm getting a string of messages timed to the exact moments things freeze (a little faster than one per second).  I'm not sure what it means, can anybody tell me if this is a problem in the Viewer, or something possibly something gone wrong in my settings?

If you can better describe how to reproduce this, please?
