The 'Linden Lab Official:' namespace in the wiki disallows edits by
non-Lindens. The first of those pages is for official releases from
Linden project teams who have Project viewers available (they are
typically relatively long-lived - weeks). The second page can be
modified by anyone, and is there for open source developer to distribute
test versions.
