[opensource-dev] Stop Animating Me gone missing...

Using latest dev 2.7.5.xxxx.  I needed to stop my animation but couldn't
find it in the menu.  Didn't it used to be there?  Should it be there?  Was
it removed on purpose?  Am I merely blind or drunk?

Someone had to remind me that we used to use a wearable object to do that,
and that worked fine.
