is an llassert(), not an llassert_always(), so it won't normally
<https://bitbucket.org/lindenlab/viewer-development/src/871963a3c7b9/indra/llcommon/llerrorlegacy.h#cl-88>
trigger on Release or ReleaseOS builds. As fas as I know, LL's downloads
are Release builds.
