[opensource-dev] FUI project just out - no more sidebar

The new FUI project just got merged in to viewer-development.  No more
sidebar!  Attached you can see there are buttons on the bottom and
left.  There's also a column you can move them to on the right which
starts out unpopulated.  For each of the 3 zones you can have icons or
icons+labels and move buttons around or eliminate ones you don't want.
