[opensource-dev] Looks like 3.3.3 258054 broke tattoo layers

[Nicky Perian]

i see this on aditi/morris. with Jeffery and default skin.
Changed to another skin on a different account and it went away.
Not seen this but, haven't looked closely on agni.
