[opensource-dev] Is the Cocoa project still alive ?

Hello,

I haven't seen any new build of the Cocoa Project viewer since 02-28, and the last one freezes on startup on my Macbook Air with Mountain Lion 10.8.3.

Is this project still maintained ? If yes, how should I report this problem on the Jira. Is there a special section for Alternates viewers ?
