That's not the plan. Eventually, we'll be able to build all of whatever we ship with the new tools; it's just that porting the old plugins to the new tools was a lot of work so we decided to do this as a temporary measure and start work on the replacement that much sooner. -- *Oz Linden (Scott Lawrence)* | /Engineering Director, Second Life/ Email or Hangouts oz at lindenlab.com | Second Life Oz Linden Linden Lab| Makers of Shared Creative Spaces Check out what we're working on! -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Message-ID: <55190BE0.4050100@eregion.de> Hi guys, I am seeing a weird issue regarding inventory handling on RC server channels... specifically this: when I empty my trash using a TPV (Dolphin or Firestorm), and I do it on a sim running RC BlueSteel or RC Magnum, my trash is full again after a relog. when i do it using the latest official viewer, or any TPV that is based on the latest code in viewer-release, it does NOT reproduce. Was there some change in how this kind of stuff is being done, and that change hasn't been rolled out to the release channel yet? But this is not exactly going smoothly. The configuration step always returns an error complaining about downloading or unziping packages. After some googling I found out that this is because it is trying to download from a private Lidnen Labs repository which I do not have access to, these are packages like libOVR for example. The ones I found which use this private repository are:libOVRHavok-SourceKDUllphysicsextensions I used the following command for configuring:autobuild configure -c ReleaseOS -- -DFMODEX:BOOL=FALSE Is there even a way to build this project viewer without access to these packages? I am fairly new to building Linden Labs viewers but I have been able to successfully build viewers like Firestorm. Thanks in advance!
