[sldev] XIM or GTK-immodule support request for CJK users on linux

That's extremely awesome.  Hopefully these patches will be submitted
to the SDL project and become part of SDL 1.2.12 - then I'll be happy
to bundle SDL 1.2.12 with the Linux viewer by default.
