[sldev] 1.14.1.2 protocol changelog

I'm not aware of any changelog or diff files provided by LL for breaking 
protocol changes, so I thought it might be worthwhile to forward our 
diff files to this list.

Looks like a lot of the ObjectUpdate parameters have better accuracy 
now, and hopefully they are still using the same functions but with 
twice the bytes.
