[sldev] Compilation failure: Tool chain broken?

I see two errors:

your libexpat.so.1 library went missing for some reason. Try to 
re-emerge expat.

This is due to the removal of ratings from beta. LL forgot to remove 
them from newview/files.lst. Just remove llfloaterrate.cpp (and a few 
others I don't remember right now) from it, and it'll work.
