[sldev] Open Source Server Code

 From the different comment made, the first release of the code won't be 
fully open source. You can expect to see more or less terms on par of a 
commercial license. The asset data and avatar presence is too sensitive 
too just immediately open up all access. Even if LL releases the code 
today, there would still be the need to attach to the main servers. 
Those kinds of open protocols are not ready, which makes an open source 
server useless besides for testing/development only. The development of 
the protocols no doubt will require LL to establish a new support 
reference as other businesses host servers.
