[sldev] HTTP Response & RSS

Is there a way to take an HTTP response and save it as a notecard? Also
I've seen rss viewers that display the feed on an object's surface, how
is this done? Is the feed converted to an image outside of SL then
dynamically uploaded and attached? If so, how do you dynamically upload
an image.
