[sldev] Can I include source licensed under the 3-clause BSD?

Hi Rob,
This is a copy of the 3-clause BSD license we use for the
openmetaverse.org projects. 3-clause means the standard BSD license,
less the "advertising" clause, it's fairly common (probably the second
most common open source license apart from the GPL).
When you see "BSD-licensed" 9/10 times it's reffering to the 3-clause
version.
