[sldev] bandwidth usage

At best, I would say "Highly variable and circumstantial". It depends.
How much bandwidth for me, won't be the same as for you, even if we're
standing a few metres apart - simply because my settings are different
and I have different network latencies to you (my higher latency would
promote some steep throttling), and because our slightly different
positions bring different parts of the world into view.
How much for 'an object'? It depends on which object. Objects come in a
wide variety of sizes.
How much for textures? It depends on which texture - and on network
conditions between the viewer and SL, and whether the viewer already has
the texture cached.
