I wouldn't say that.  We can tell people what LL has said in the past, 
and some (many?) questions are general issues of what the scope of 
copyright/patent/trademark are.  While we can't give legal advice to 
specific situations of course, we can say what we think would probably 
be OK or not in general.

And who knows, a few real lawyers might even show up to the party.
