[sldev] Jira to split SLDEV into parts

Right now, there's too much going on in the one sldev list. We need, as 
others have pointed out, more than one. Please discuss WHAT parts and 
how to accomplish this split in the comments section of this jira:

We need to split the sldev forum into several pieces

The title says it all. The sldev list is getting too busy. Let's discuss 
here WHICH new sub-lists/forks/whatevers we should go for.
