[sldev] Internationalization Triage

[Strife Onizuka]

One topic should be internationalizing the wiki. Movement on this
front has been sluggish; we need people to carry the torch and run the
marathon. There has been some work done for specific languages but
they are very incomplete (the torch has been dropped). I wouldn't mind
talking about the issues more in depth.
