Reading this explanation makes me feel this is a wrong way.  We need
to change the server/messages to implement this feature.  I know at
this moment, however, what we can do is just combining existing
pieces.

If we (sldev developers and LL employee developers) are already
working in a collaborative manner, this type of issues could be
handled better, say, first by exchanging ideas through some
communication channel (mail, in-world chat, wiki,...), then by
co-working with server-side development by a Linden and viewer-side by
a non-employee dev.

How we can achieve this?
