I've said my piece many times on IRC, but what the heck, I'll reiterate
here. This is very, very cool.
Here's an example of the type of information that would be really handy
to gather (from my original call for stats):

As discussed on IRC, this is kinda tough to figure out the right way to
represent.
There are three rolling window graphs that would be useful, I think:
1. Rolling totals for the past week (ending one week ago)
2. Rolling totals for one week period one month ago
3. Rolling totals for one week period three months ago
The periods are rather arbitrary, but each graph tells us something.
Graph #1 tells us how many issues are resolved in a timely manner, and
whether we're getting better/worse. Graph #2 tells us how well we're
doing at being moderately responsive, and whether we're getting better
or worse. Graph #3 tells us how well we're doing at being minimally
responsive, and whether we're getting better or worse.
Note that Graph #3 is not strictly historic. It describes the *current*
state of issues that were created three months ago.
Anyway, that's a lot of work, but would be useful for anyone making a
case that Linden Lab is getting better or worse at handling issues in JIRA.
