For VS2003, XCode and 32-bit Linux: File a JIRA, then raise a stink if
it doesn't build with our specified libraries, and I'll look into it
or find someone who can. Please assume this going forward. This one's
tested on all three again, and we'll nail other platforms/compilers
after cmake.

Would anyone be willing to own cleaning up each of the platforms' wiki
building howtos? A lot of steps like copying DLLs around shouldn't be
needed anymore. If you see steps you still have to do that seem silly,
let me know that too.
