Your comparing a world of where there is value on the dollar to a world 
where there is no value on the dollar (by TOS). How can you possible do 
that?

With no value to the Linden, no one is committing a crime over 
copyright.  There is no value to the sale or trade. No damage done. 
Worst someone can do is a slap on the wrist and say "stop it."

These are the facts. It does not represent my personal view.
