Common DRM is not mobile, but it may be mobile. It could be made part of 
scripts/programs put in-world and ran anywhere that DRM technology is 
supported. One could say that normal security augmentation that we need 
is a form a mobile DRM. It is not just about the DRM itself or its 
form... but, yes, its effectiveness.
