If there is a statue to match the claim of damage, then it is possible,
and the value of the trade, or the content itself, doesn't matter. The
enumeration of such statues are limited by practicality. It is not
foolproof.

The assertion is that one cannot claim damage on the act of one's own
will in general. If one puts content up to be copied, that is one's own
will for this example. On this principle, remember that the in-world
Linden Dollar is a different license than, for example, than the U.S.
Dollar. The value of the U.S. Dollar does not automatically grant
permission to use content posted in-world. The assumption that copyright
laws follow the license of the U.S. Dollar is obvious, and content
in-world is not being traded with U.S. Dollars. The TOS does not
establish any obvious exchange between the U.S. Dollar and Linden Dollar
to justify a prescribed statutory damage amount.

Perhaps, what I just said may be helpful to make it more foolproof if
someone is in that motive.
