How will the URL and CSS be provided? Is this something you have to request LL to manually add to their website? Or will it be provided as parameters to the URL to load the logon page?

If the latter, will these parameters also work with the proposed logon via an external browser? Please, please, please tell me the answer to that last question is no, otherwise the possibilities for code/exploit injection are endless!
