Hm, the SVN seems no longer to be up to date, the header file for the RC 
1.18.6.2 sources includes some additional methods:

bool enableProxy( bool proxyEnabledIn, std::string proxyHostNameIn, int 
proxyPortIn );
bool mouseLeftDoubleClick( int browserWindowIdIn, int xPosIn, int yPosIn );
