Uh, so this "double checks" do happen? I doubt it with some of the source
drops, but well, if in dubio pro reo, eh? But well, even if you don't
actually double check, it would have been nice to pay attention to the build
problems of the _previous_ source drop for FL and actually include the
missing glh headers ...
Oh, the headers Nicholaz  provides on his site do help, but for Macs the
includes for gl.h need adaption in the glh headers, still. And even after
adapting the GL/gl.h include in one of the glh headers to OpenGL/gl.h, I get
an error later on about GLH_EXT_NAME not being declared. I guess the glh
headers somehow are platform specific?
