[sldev] Viewer Source Release of FL-1.18.6.76116

As called out on this page

the Second Life 1.18.6 RC2 package contains an incorrect URL 
("sdfsfsfds.com") for the German language login page 
(/skins/xui/de/panel_login.xml).

This affects both the RC-1.18.6.2 and the WindLight FL-1.18.6.76116. We 
are in the process of rebuilding/repackaging viewers for download with a 
corrected URL.

Developers who build from source should correct the URL (to 
"secondlife.com"). Anyone who is distributing viewers based on this code 
base should update and repackage the viewers so that users are not at risk.

This does not affect the "release branch" source (20071221a) made 
available on the same day.
