Well, in all fairness, the week before Christmas to the week or so after 
Christmas is a very hectic time in the USA. If things fail to function 
as you want a week after New Year's Day, THEN complain, before then, its 
futile, except during emergency situations. Too many people are on 
vacation, visiting families, recovering from parties, etc., to expect 
things to work well before then.
