[sldev] Rendering

I asked Rob L. which one he suggested that I do development work on a few
days ago, he suggested FL. It makes sense because FL is basically what the
1.14 branch will be. It sounds like the 1.13.3 branch is pretty much going
to be required changes only. OTOH, I've been having a lot of problems with
FL, I can't even to get it to run on my system, even though I downloaded the
graphics. I'm running winxp64 if anyone has tried it on there yet. Most of
the changes in the pipeline deal with changes to the rendering order of
graphics, I haven't looked at any of viewpoint code.
