[sldev] Question about customising registration

I don't think SLDev is for discussing registration API, however I
think I'll answer your question.
I don't believe that it's possible to pre-specify an avatar that's not
in the library, even if regapi did expose this function, as you are
guaranteed that your new account has no inventory whatsoever.
You could try proxing through a SLProxy application and change the
login details before they're sent to the server, but that'd require a
second application.
