[sldev] Missing glu.h - Compile failure on Ubuntu 6.10

It seems so, the package that contains GL/glu.h in Ubuntu is
libglu1-mesa-dev.

It looks like the repository does not contain a consistent set of mesa
packages (different releases). Maybe just a mirror issue?
