[sldev] Progress report on VS 2005 Compile

Yes, you need 2003 to compile mozilla, but 2005 for compiling all ll stuff.

Unfortunately I'm away for the weekend, having only a small laptop and using 
my cellphone as a modem. When I have a fully running build, I will release.
