[sldev] Small build tool bug on windows.

Hi, I'm building the client using vs 2005. I put the source in a folder with spaces in the name and one of the build tools for copying a file for the newview project does not quote the path in the copy command so the copy and the build fails.

If you put spaces in the source path name like C:\dev\Second Life Client\linden... and then try to build, the error will be obvious.

I took the spaces out of the path name on my end to quick fix.
