[sldev] How about adding CHAT_TYPE_OWNER to the e_chat_type enum? (for color for llOwnerSay)

I'm actually working on similar things.. making gods (lindens) be able to
chat in a different color to differentiate them from a crowd for things like
townhalls and the like.

What you are describing might have to have modifications on the server side,
so it is a great feature request. (Btw, yea, you are in the right place)
