[sldev] About the Open Source Viewer

In hindsight OpenSL was a bad enough name for a fork of the viewer, but
"Open Source Viewer" is just ridiculous. That's like calling Ubuntu
"Open Source Linux". Not only does the name mis-convey what the project
does (without context it sounds like a free image viewing app), but as
previously mentioned every SL viewer is open source. At worst this could
be conveyed as an attempt to discredit existing SL viewers.
