[sldev] compressed maps?

Before I go opening any new Jira "tickets" I'd like to know if anyone 
else is finding maps compressed to the top left quadrant of each sim 
rectangle on the in-world Map.  I'm seeing this behavior with version 
1.18.0.4.

I reviewed the open jira tickets and didn't see it mentioned.  But 
before I open a ticket I'd like to know if anyone else is seeing this. I 
just want to make sure it's not just my build.
