1.18.0.6. Using OpenJPEG, which could be the issue. OpenJPEG still seems
to have remaining bugs.

I only see it when the map is zoomed in nearly all the way. If you zoom
out it looks fine. It looks like the higher res image is getting loaded,
but drawn at 50% of the correct width and height.
