[sldev] Nominations closed for the Linden Lab Innovation Awards

My thanks to everyone who participated in the nomination process -- and, 
of course, to the community for all your contributions to SL open 
source. I was particularly touched to see your nominations in-memoriam 
of Jesse Malthus. We share your appreciation for his work and his spirit.
