[sldev] Question about muting - seeking opinions

This is somewhat off topic from the original message of this Subject,

I recently asked for an advice on "unintended/unaware muting issue".

She finds her mute list often contains names of her friends she never
wants to mute.  She removed such names when she noticed, but it keeps
occuring.  She first noticed it several months ago and is checking her
mute list periodically since then.  She believes she is very careful
on muting recently and it is unlikely to mistakenly mute somebody, but
she keeps finding unintended names on her list.

She guesses it is a kind of a bug of SL, either viewer, SIM, or other
server, but she doesn't know when those names are muted, and she can't
show any repro.

Does anybody notice similar issues?
