There's no copyright statement or similar on that page, and I'm
pretty sure that's been copied from somewhere itself.
I can't remember where, but I've seen the 'byte blah on x86, rdtsc on
amd64' thing. I thought it was the mplayer sources, but it's not.
I'm not sure what functionality these provide over my patch, except that
mine is certified by me to be either my own work, or a contribution from
someone who has absolved their copyright claim if one exists.
