I'm guessing this would likely add all the results into a standard
google search as well.

Besides, spamassassin / gmail / google apps for your domain mail /
other RBL email filters work wonders on most spam. I've gotten maybe 5
messages it didn't catch when those stock-touting images were being
sent around, and I'm on all sorts of mailing lists like bugtraq,
full-disclosure, sldev, colinux, and many other FOSS MLs.

Get a CPU to do the work for you ;)
