[sldev] Silly suggestion - improved initial rez time

Here's a stupid idea.

When you log in, 99 times out of 100, you're going to log in to the same
place as you logged out. If you're not logging into the 'last location',
well the viewer knows that.

What if.... on logout, the viewer wrote out a list of currently loaded
texture assets - the index of the memory cache?

When logging in to the last location, the list is accessed, and the
textures decoded and loaded into the memory cache with their timestamps
updated to 'now' (or in the event of long loading times, are actually a
little post-dated). That would preload all the textures that are most
likely to be around your avatar at the time you log in. Some things may
have changed, sure, but they can push into the memory cache as normal.

It's also possible that the grid and the viewer may disagree as to where
you were last. It happens sometimes, but the extra time preloading
textures in that event probably won't hurt any.

Thoughts?
