[sldev] Problem with new src tar files.

The slviewer-linux-libs-1-17-0-9.tar.gz is missing two shared libs
    libtcmalloc.so.0
    libstacktrace.so.0

So the releasefordownload build does not work.

But after every thing is in place it looks like things are working.   
Startup is alot faster!
