[sldev] Please, use "*.txt" extenstions in jira if the attachment is text based

Hi,

JIRA does not automatically add any html/xml to the file attachment 
declaration to tell the browser that it has text based content. The 
simple solution is to add "*.txt" to the end of the filename, and the 
browser can easily override it based on the filename. The attachment 
files in JIRA then become easily click-able and immediately viewable.
